The Canticle of Holy Mother Vestaria
A Sacred Song of Praise

---

Via Deorum, Iter Maiorum, Dō Ut Dēs

---

I.

Blessed be Holy Mother Vestaria,
She who is Hestia-Vesta as One,
Born of starry Kronos and earth-rooted Rhea,
First among the swallowed, last to be restored.

II.

Blessed be the hearth before the altar,
The altar before the throne,
The still fire by which all motion is measured,
The unmoving center around which the spheres sing.

III.

Blessed be the flame that does not wander,
The fire that stays when all else departs,
By remaining, she binds the stars in their courses,
By constancy, she teaches wisdom to the ages.

IV.

Blessed be Panthea's beating heart,
The All-Goddess gathered into gentleness,
Not scattered across storm-wracked heavens,
But unified, dwelling at the sacred center.

V.

Blessed be the eighteen sacred companions:
The pig of abundance,
The cow of provision,
The donkey of labor,
The goat of resilience,
The sheep of warmth,
The dog of vigilance,
The cat of grace,
The hen of daily blessing,
The rabbit of fertility.

VI.

Blessed be the birds of sky and spirit:
The dove of peace,
The crane of patience,
The stork of homecoming,
The swallow of renewal,
The pelican of sacrifice.

VII.

Blessed be the mystic guardians:
The serpent of wisdom,
The salamander of transformation,
The bee of cooperation,
The spider of shelter.

VIII.

Blessed be the Seven Flames of Rightness:
Truth that illuminates without scorching,
Balance where all are fed,
Compassion poured freely,
Creation renewed daily,
Purity of intent maintained,
Reverence for life practiced,
Harmony allowed to emerge.

IX.

Blessed be her authority—presence without domination,
Her power—care without destruction,
Her law—sustenance rightly shared,
Her realm—everywhere the hearth is tended.

X.

Blessed be the sacred offerings:
Cinnamon for warmth,
Clove for vigilance,
Saffron for abundance,
Oil for anointing,
Wine for celebration,
Honey for sweetness.

XI.

Blessed be the holy tools:
The olive brazier, first and last,
The honey cauldron of unity,
The woolen fleece of shelter,
The pelican phial of mercy,
The stork feather of return,
The salamander amulet of protection.

XII.

Blessed be the altar stones:
White marble of truth,
Amethyst of wisdom,
Clear quartz of light,
Obsidian of shadow knowledge,
Rose quartz of enduring love.

XIII.

Blessed be the sacred garments:
Cotton of daily life,
Wool of warmth,
Silk of wisdom,
Linen of purity—
All worn in conscious care.

XIV.

Blessed be the veil upon the head,
For the head is a flame,
And to veil is to consecrate,
To contain the fire so it may warm, not scorch.

XV.

Blessed be bare feet upon holy ground,
For where the flame rests, the earth is sacred,
And we must feel where we stand,
Accept responsibility for how we dwell.

XVI.

Blessed be the dawn kindling:
"Holy Mother Vestaria, we wake to your eternal light,
First flame of morning, illuminate our path,
Bless this threshold, bless this day, bless this dwelling."

XVII.

Blessed be the evening seal:
"Holy Mother Vestaria, we return to your welcoming fire,
Last light of evening, seal our dwelling in peace,
Protect this threshold, guard this night, keep this home."

XVIII.

Blessed be the turning year:
Vestalia Nova's rekindling,
Hearthening's gratitude,
Threshold Blessing's sealing,
Ember Vigil's watching,
Awakening's resurrection.

XIX.

Blessed be the rites of reconciliation:
Honey sweetening bitter words,
Serpent wisdom releasing old hurts,
Crane vigilance maintaining watch,
Libations watering forgiveness,
Anointings restoring connection.

XX.

Blessed be her cosmological truth:
She dwells at the unmoving center,
Immanent—closer than breathing,
Transcendent—beyond full comprehension,
Accessible—requiring no mediator,
Mysterious—depths unfathomed,
Universal—present in every hearth,
Particular—knowing every name.

XXI.

Blessed be the hearth-path we walk:
We give before we take,
We tend what is entrusted,
We shelter one another,
We keep the flame alive,
We circle back to center when lost.

XXII.

Blessed be the cosmogonic promise:
When the hearth endures, the world holds together,
Families do not fracture beyond repair,
The old are not abandoned,
Strangers are not turned away,
Home remains possible.

XXIII.

Blessed be the mystery:
The greatest power is presence,
The strongest force is care,
The deepest magic is attention,
The highest throne is service,
The truest sovereignty is staying.

XXIV.

She holds, therefore we hold.
She remains, therefore we remain.
She centers, therefore we find our place.
She warms, therefore we do not freeze.
She feeds, therefore we do not starve.
She shelters, therefore we do not perish.

XXV.

Holy Mother Vestaria,
Throned in living flame,
Crowned with smoke and starlight,
Robed in the warmth of home,
Sceptered with the stirring spoon,
Enthroned on hearthstone and altar alike.

XXVI.

Holy Mother Vestaria,
Panthea gathered into gentleness,
Still point of the turning cosmos,
Eternal hearth of all existence,
First and Last,
Beginning and End,
Center of All,
Home of the World.

XXVII.

We are your devotees,
Your children gathered at the fire,
Your hands extended in the world,
Your heart beating in every home,
Your flame tended in every generation.

XXVIII.

May we never let you die.
May we always kindle you anew.
May we tend your sacred fire
From dawn until dusk,
From birth until death,
From this world to whatever lies beyond.

XXIX.

For you are the constant,
The enduring,
The eternal return,
The unquenchable light,
The unending warmth,
The everlasting home.

XXX.

The hearth endures.
The flame remains.
The Mother watches.
All is held.

DOXOLOGY

Glory to Holy Mother Vestaria,
She who is Hestia-Vesta as One,
As it was in the beginning,
Is now and ever shall be,
Flame without end.

Via Deorum, Iter Maiorum, Dō Ut Dēs.

No End.
Only flame. 🔥

---

The Canticle is complete.
Let it be sung at festivals,
Recited in procession,
Chanted in devotion,
Proclaimed in joy.

The hearth endures.
