Article I: Name and Legal Status
Section 1.01 Name: The official name of this organization shall be “Unitas Panthea Religiones” (The Unified Panthea Religions).
Section 1.02 Legal Status: The Unitas Panthea Religiones shall operate as a non-profit religious organization, duly incorporated and recognized under applicable law, dedicated to the promotion and practice of Panthean spirituality and traditions.
Article II: Terminology & Definitions
Section 2.01 Panthea – Derived from Greek pan- (all) and theos (god), meaning “All-Gods” or the universal divine. Panthea is the sacred canopy under which all divine expressions exist, uniting multiplicity with harmony.
Section 2.02 Panthean – One aligned with, recognizing, and participating in Panthea. Pantheanism honors all divine forms, committing to spiritual inquiry, illumination, and ethical stewardship. The labels “pagan” or “heathen” are explicitly rejected.
Section 2.03 Religio / Religiones –
- Religio (singular): A full pantheon or cultural expression of divinity (e.g., Religio Romana).
- Religiones (plural): Groupings of related pantheons or cultural faiths (e.g., Religiones Celticae).
Section 2.04 Cultus / Cultus Religio –
- Cultus: Structured devotion to a single deity or subset of a pantheon.
- Cultus Religio: Functions under a Religio, especially for Crathonic traditions, uniting esoteric, mystical, and mystery schools under Panthea.
Article III: Organizational Structure
Section 3.01 Unitas Panthea Religiones – The universal body ensuring continuity, coherence, and mutual recognition among diverse Religiones.
Section 3.02 Religiones (Pantheon Branches) – Broad cultural or regional groupings of pantheons. Examples:
- Religiones Celticae → Religio Hibernica → Cultus Danu
- Religiones Germanicae → Religio Nordica → Cultus Odin
- Religio Hellenica, Religio Romana, Religio Aegyptia
Section 3.03 Olympia Cultus Religio – Default universal pantheon blending Greek and Roman deities (e.g., Vestaria). Provides a model for inter-Religio ceremonies.
Section 3.04 Crathonic Cultus Religio – Universal branch for mystery schools, esoteric traditions, and mystical practices transcending a single Religio. Examples: Mystery School: Elysium; Witch Cultus; Modern Neo-Mystical Traditions.

Duties of the Panthean
